27 worked decisions across eight public topic sets and one guided case. Their explanations are public. Choices are temporary and do not enter account history. The optional 60-question diagnostic also needs no signup.

The 30 free bank questions require an account and support saved sessions, recorded results and review. They are separate from the 27 public decisions. Neither free entry requires a card.

All 403 account-bank questions are single-best-answer. The public guided case has three fixed linked decisions. SteadyRN is not an adaptive exam simulation and does not provide official NGN scoring.

Save and exit to resume an unfinished account session. An explicit new ordinary set replaces the unfinished session while preserving its recorded answers. Completed results remain in history with their original scores.

Missed review returns to unresolved mistakes, or retries a completed session. Saved questions are answered items you deliberately keep, including correct answers. Dedicated missed and saved actions preserve other unfinished work; original scores remain unchanged.

Practice and reopened explanations require current access to the question. A saved entry does not bypass that check. Saved answers reopen alongside the currently available explanation in the recorded attempt’s original language.

No. Its 60 answers produce a weighted practice score, category breakdown and a 65% study reference. The reference is not an exam cut score. The report helps choose practice, not predict passing, and supports same-browser resume.

Yes. Choose an optional goal of one to seven completed sessions a week and a preferred set size of 5, 10 or 20 questions. Home shows completion progress and one next action: resume unfinished practice first, then review unresolved mistakes or practise a suggested category. You can change or remove the goal. It is not a reminder service or a prediction of passing.

Question, explanation and interface support. Shared long-form guides remain English with a notice. Changing the site language does not translate a saved attempt retrospectively. For an English-language exam appointment, practise in English too.
