Immediate access and statutory withdrawal rights

Before paying, you will be asked to expressly request immediate supply of the question-bank content and immediate start of any associated service during any applicable withdrawal period. Checking the box is required to proceed with this immediate-access offer.

For any part legally treated as digital content supplied without a physical medium, where applicable law permits, you lose the right to withdraw once supply begins only if you gave prior express consent, acknowledged that consequence and received the required confirmation. This does not remove rights concerning faulty content or other mandatory remedies.

For any part legally treated as a service, requesting an immediate start does not by itself end your withdrawal right. Where an applicable withdrawal right exists, it ends on full performance only under the conditions required by law. If you withdraw after expressly requesting an early start, a proportionate charge for service actually supplied may apply only where the law permits.

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply and no lawful exception has taken effect, you generally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to notify us of withdrawal. Send a clear statement to support@steadyrn.com or MB Evelaina, Europos pr. 34-47, Kaunas, Lithuania, before the deadline. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. More protective mandatory rules in your country, including any extended deadline where required information was missing, continue to apply. These statutory rights are separate from our policy of no voluntary refunds.

1. What you are buying

Immediate access to the full SteadyRN practice bank — every question, in English and Taglish, with a written explanation for every answer option. The bank is available today and access begins when your payment settles.

Access is granted the moment your payment settles, usually within seconds. There is nothing to ship, activate or wait for. If it has not appeared within a few minutes, that is a fault on our side and we will fix it — contact us.

Access does not expire. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing further to pay.

2. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for completed purchases, including for change of mind, non-use or exam results. Any refund required by applicable law is unaffected.

For a duplicate charge, a payment error or missing access, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This does not create a voluntary refund policy; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

3. Your rights under your own law

Nothing on this page reduces any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer-protection law of the country where you live. Where that law gives you more than this page does, that law applies.

4. Payment problems and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or access is missing, contact us. Your right to raise a dispute with your card issuer is unaffected. We review disputes using the payment and access records.

5. Who you are buying from, and how to reach them
